Bella Madre Pizza

“Very disappointed. I would like to report several serious issues with this pizza order. Several paid toppings/add-ons were missing or incorrect. I paid for extra toppings, but the pizzas did not appear to include the normal base ingredients plus the additional toppings ordered. For example, the Hawaiian pizza only seemed to contain the added pineapple amount rather than the standard pineapple base plus the extra pineapple paid for, and bacon was also missing. After checking more carefully, it also appears that the pizzas have been prepared as a gluten-free version, despite this never being requested. This is especially concerning, as gluten-free dough contain substitute ingredients such as tapioca and psyllium, which I personally react to and would not knowingly order. Between the missing/incorrect toppings, and the apparent incorrect pizza preparation, the order did not correspond to what was purchased and was not acceptable. The restaurant should review both order accuracy and delivery packaging standards.”

“This pizza was so delicious, the bases were perfectly baked and crispy. We got a mushroom pizza, a Mediterranean pizza and a 4 cheese pizza. The toppings were perfectly cooked and very tasty. The gluten-free base is also the best I have ever had!”
