These terms apply when you use Senza. By using the app you agree to them. Please read the safety note below carefully, as it is important for anyone with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy or intolerance.

Senza helps you find places to try. It cannot promise any meal is safe.

Always confirm gluten-free options directly with the restaurant before you order. Never rely on Senza alone.

1. About Senza

Senza helps travellers discover places that appear to be gluten-free friendly. It is an information and discovery tool. It is operated by Hannah Fox and you can reach us at hello@hannahfox.co.

2. No guarantee of safety, not medical advice

Senza gathers information and reviews from third-party sources, mainly Google, and applies automated analysis to highlight places that appear gluten-free friendly. We do not inspect kitchens, test food, or verify any restaurant's practices ourselves.

  • Trust tags, evidence tiers, and "why it's safe" summaries are informational signals based on public reviews. They are not a guarantee.
  • A restaurant's menu, ingredients, suppliers, staff, and cross-contamination practices can change at any time.
  • If you have coeliac disease or a gluten allergy or intolerance, always confirm directly with the restaurant before ordering.

Senza is not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any reaction, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or from any meal you eat.

3. Accuracy of information

We try to keep listings accurate, but we cannot warrant that any information is complete, current, or free of errors. Restaurant details, opening hours, and reviews come from third parties and may be out of date.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the email you use to sign in and for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy, resell, or otherwise misuse the data in the app, and do not use Senza for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Senza name, design, and curation are ours. Restaurant data, reviews, and photos belong to their respective owners, including Google.

7. Changes

We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Senza means you accept the current terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Senza is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
