So many gluten free and vegan options. 10/10 food definitely recommend!!

I signed up for the cooking class and it was such a wonderful experience! Led by the super friendly and energetic Thu, we were first taken on a market tour. We got to see all the exotic fruit and veg unique to Vietnam, and learn all about them and their medicinal properties. Along the way, we got to sample lots of fruits and delicious vegan snacks! We were also taken to a local tofu manufacturer, and got to learn about all the different types of tofu they make. It was a very hot day, so was grateful for the classic Vietnamese hat provided. The cooking class itself was superb. Thu was with us every step of the way, helping us along and teaching us the best techniques, while taking photos and videos of us and making us laugh a lot! We made delicious spring rolls, vegan fish sauce, vegan chicken salad and bahn xeo pancakes, and we were constantly topped up with water, ice tea and pineapple juice to keep us hydrated. We cooked so much food that we were even able to take home the unfinished items for dinner. It was honestly SO much fun, and I recommend this class to everyone. Thank you Thu for your amazing class and your good vibes. Loved it! (Also, thanks again for accommodating my gluten-free class request - I was so grateful that you have this option).

I discovered this place while searching for vegetarian eateries on Happy Cow. It was highly rated on Google as well and the menu looked quite interesting. The moment you enter the restaurant, a sense of peace engulfs you. Serene Buddhist prayers play in the background. The menu is a mix of Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and western vegetarian dishes They offer free drinking water as well. I tried Banh Xeo, the Vietnamese pancake and beetroot brownie. The food is healthy as well, with pure vegan and gluten free options available. Sourdough bread is also available for sandwiches. At the end of the meal, we were given complimentary passion fruit. Small gestures like this go a long way in enhancing the customer experience. I totally loved my dinner at Chickpea Vegan Eatery
