“I visited this business after seeing clear signage advertising “100% gluten free” / “gluten free cakes”. As someone looking specifically for gluten-free options, I went inside and asked what gluten-free offerings were available. I was told there were none. This is not a minor marketing mistake. “Gluten-free” is a regulated food claim in the UK and is particularly important for people with coeliac disease, for whom gluten exposure can cause real medical harm. Food businesses have a responsibility to ensure food information is accurate, clear and not misleading, especially where allergens and “free-from” claims are concerned. Displaying multiple signs suggesting gluten-free products are available, while staff then say there are no gluten-free offerings, is confusing and potentially dangerous. It risks giving vulnerable customers a false sense of safety. At best, this is careless. At worst, it is misleading food information around a serious dietary and medical requirement. I will be reporting this to the local authority food safety team so the signage and food information can be properly reviewed. Until this is addressed, I would not recommend anyone with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, or a wheat/gluten-related allergy rely on the signage here.”

“This places is an absolute must. Vegan options, gluten free options, accomodations for picky eaters. Is the atmosphere a tad bit louder. No duh. It's smoothies and fresh food, louder tends to accompany that but it's nothing that would impact your breakfast. They are welcoming and warm from the second you walk in. The food is made fresh with large portions and amazing cooking. My apple juice was actually freshly made just for me. They have so many smoothies and so many amazing options for coffee with quick fast service. I would come here a million times and recommend it to anyone I know.”
