“Went there because they offer gluten-free options. I took the breakfast package: frittata with GF bread. Unfortunately, the omelette was overcooked and the bread was dry and it made my jaw hurt a bit. There was a small amount of grass-fed butter, but it was almost laughably tiny. On top of that, the waitress wasn’t particularly welcoming. It’s a pity because the menu is nice and it’s a cute little café.”

“the best gluten free pancakes i’ve found on the island. the matcha is quite good compared to literally anywhere else. i’ve noticed many places in bali use food-grade matcha for their lates - it’s obvious from the taste and color. matcha cafe’s quality is very obviously superior to what you will find at most other places. Moreover, they make their own mlks! their almond milk is incredible. i can’t emphasize enough how delicious their almond milk is. it’s super rare in bali for a place to have such a robust gluten free menu, good quality matcha, AND their own house-made plant milks. not only that, the character of the place is super laid back. The staff is great too. prices are also very fair. i hope this place retains and character and essence - it’s such a rare gem.”
