“Looking for a place to grab a sweet treat, we came here specifically for the atmosphere and the variety of products: we had read they offered delicious gluten-free options. When we arrived, the man behind the bar (wearing headphones in both ears) showed zero interest in serving us. When we asked about the gluten-free choices, he showed us three things that actually looked quite good. However, when we asked for a recommendation, his response was: "None of them, because I prefer food with gluten." Basically, you’re telling me you’re running a place where you won’t even recommend your own products? Furthermore, how can someone be so rude to customers, knowing that celiac disease is a medical condition and not a lifestyle choice? If a person in a wheelchair had come in and asked to move a chair to sit at a table, would he have made a comment about their situation too? (I was about to delete this last comment but reading other people's reviews, it seems this has already happened 🤦🏽‍♀️) We chose to leave rather than argue, but the experience was insulting for all the celiac community and incredibly disappointing”

“We were looking for a calm place to have a gluten free cake and Molly Rose was the perfect place 👌 I recall the inside of the bakery wasn’t that calm because of loud music (but I’m not 100% sure), so we went on the outside table and it was perfect ! The pastries were good (a bit too sweet for our French palates but nothing compare to other British bakeries that are way too sugary) and so was the iced tea Only a few pastries are gluten free but it was enough for us”
