“We came here thinking we would find a cafe. It is more like a "lab"? They make gluten-free baked goods. We bought some frozen brioches that were delicious. What makes the place so memorable for us is how kind and friendly the owner (?) and people working there were. We asked if they knew a place nearby that we could buy espressi. Instead they made some for us from what looked like their personal machine, as if we were long-time friends! Who does that? Such kindness makes for lifelong memories.”
