“I found Samadi as perfect place to do yoga, have vegan breakfast or lunch, have awesome vegan icecream. Shop for fresh gluten free buns and much more. It's a dream come true even I wasn't hoping to find such a perfect place on our holidays. Yoga teacher Zee is now my favourite. Highly recommended 🙏🧘♀️”
“I enjoyed a Yin Yoga class with a local Indonesian teacher (this is so important!) and had a quick vegan and gluten free dinner at the restaurant. Restaurant was pricier than other vegan spots in the area. They seem to host lots of events and workshops. The teacher recognized people who had been there before and there is an existing sense of community which is lovely. This is an open-air studio with natural wood floors and a tarped gazebo ceiling. I believe it was clean for what it is as were the props. This isn’t a luxury experience and that’s okay. I would attend yoga here again.”
“I have been to Bali many times, specifically Canggu, and Samadi is ALWAYS on my list. It is the perfect oasis whether I want a yoga class, workshop, massage, or some food. The location is central, but also hidden away from the busy-ness of motorbikes, so the yoga shala and cafe maintain their peace. There is a wide variety of yoga classes, whether you are a hard core ashtanga practitioner, or someone looking for more vinyasa, hatha, and/or yin flows. The instructors are incredibly talented and kind, and come from all over the world with a myriad of wisdom and skills. There are also always workshops/events happening where you can learn and experience something more special. My personal favourite classes are the creative vinyasa flows with Diaz and Angela, and I particularly enjoyed the cacao and heart song ceremony led by Luciana. The cafe and supermarket are perfect to find healthy, organic, eco friendly goods that cater to various diets/preferences, including vegan and gluten free. The supermarket is plastic free, making it easy to take the amount of fruit, veg, pulses, and nuts/seeds you need without waste. Everything is always fresh and clean, which makes the aesthetics of the place maintain its purity. I absolutely love the amount of vegan options at the bakery section, with lots of treats and bread to choose from! The fridges are also packed with spreads, condiments, and drinks that are unique to Samadi’s kitchen and super delicious! - Not to mention the new delicious vegan gelato pop up !!! Samadi also has spa and accommodation, which makes it the ideal place for a little retreat if you want to plan your own food, spa, and yoga schedule! It is incredibly beautiful and peaceful here, so I definitely recommend checking this part out too. Overall, I always have an amazing time at Samadi, and am there for the Sunday market every week, just because I love the vibes there. If you don’t know about Samadi … IT IS TIME YOU DO!!!”
